- Is there a minimum time contract/commitment?
Not at all. You can pay monthly or yearly. You can also cancel at any time.

- How soon will my account be set up and ready for use?
Account orders are processed instantly and you should receive your welcome email within minutes of signing up. Your site can be uploaded to our servers immediately after receiving the welcome email, which will contain the IP address for your account, plus the password and username. In fact, we recommend that clients start uploading their site as soon as possible after setup is complete, so that once domain transfer is completed, the site will be available for use by your visitors.

Do I have access to update my site 24 hours a day?
Absolutely. Whether you're a day person or a night owl, your site is available for you to update.

Can you register a domain name for me?
We do not register domains at this time, we recommend godaddy.com for domain registrations.

Do you host Adult sites, warez sites or sites containing illegal material?
We do allow Adult sites as long as they contain legal content. We do not host warez sites or any sites containing illegal material.

- Is my site backed up and how often?
Yes, we make daily back ups of your site. We are NOT held liable in any way for any files, money, time, effort, etc... lost due to this unfortunate event. Furthermore, if your files are lost, we will attempt to restore them as a gesture of good faith, but make no promises what so ever about whether the files will be brought back successfully or not. Again, we do make daily back ups of your site, but back ups are ultimately the client's responsibility.

- What type of server and Os do you run ?
The latest Servers are P4 3.0 with 1024 ECC MB Ram (minimum). The Servers hard drives are 10,000 RPM FAST! The OS is covered with reliable and solid Redhat 9 . The Bandwidth will NEVER overload. All servers will be kept below 50% and we will make sure they are all around 25%!!! We will never go over 200 Domains on each server! That is one way the server can prevent to have any DOWNTIME.

- I changed my control panel password and now I can't get in.
You will have the option to reset the password when loggin in. The new password will be sent to the email on record.

- How do I get my email?
If you're familiar with your email client's setup, use the following information to retrieve email from your POP account:
Incoming mail (POP3) server:
mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing mail (SMTP) server:
mail.yourdomain.com

I uploaded my files, but I don't see my page?
If our default "Welcome Page ", index.html, has not been replaced by another index page, then anyone going to domainname.com will still see that page instead of some other home page. This is the order in which the web server looks for a page to put up as the "home" page: >DirectoryIndex: index.html, index.shtml Just delete the index.html file and anything after it in this list will then come up automatically. Notice that "home.html" is NOT on the list and so will not show up as your home page. You would need to rename it.
